The Rose-coloured Starling breeds in Eastern Europe to Central Asia. This species occurs occasionally in Norway. It is more often observed in the land areas along the northern and northwestern Mediterranean. The Rose-coloured Starling has often visited Norway in recent years.
We consider it a rare species in the bird observatory area, with an average of less than 5 observations per year.
