Where are we?

Lista Bird Observatory is located at Lista Lighthouse in Farsund municipality, on the SW coast, situated on Vest Agder county.

Getting here: you should try to arrive to Lyngdal (Rom Terminal) and then you can take a local bus stopping at Farsund or if possible, Borhaug. Once there, we can pick you up.

BUS: you should stop at Lyngdal/Farsund/Borhaug

--AKT bus (200) Kristiansand - Lyngdal - Lista

--AKT bus (411) Snartemo - Lyngdal

--Coach NOR-WAY (300): Stavanger - Lyngdal (Rom Terminal)


TRAIN: you should stop in Snartemo and take a bus stopping at Lyngdal/Farsund/Borhaug

--Train stopping at Snartemo, then ou should take the bus to Lyngdal/Farsund/Borhaug

AIRPORTS: the best alternative would be arriving from Stavanger (Sola) airport.

--Stavanger (2:30h): get the NOR-WAY bus (rute 300) in Stavanger and stop in Lyngdal Rom Terminal.

--Kristiansand (2:30h): you can take the airport bus from Kjevik airport to Kristiansand city. Then, get the local AKT bus (200) in Kristiansand and stop at Lyngdal/Farsund/Borhaug.

--Oslo (6:30h): there is two airports, Gardemoen and Rygge. You should arrive to Oslo city by bus/train and then get the train at Oslo city and stop in Snartemo. Then take the bus and and stop at Lyngdal/Farsund/Borhaug.
