Sept 15 to Oct 23. We run standardized ringing campaigns, census and daily migration counts of both passerines and seabirds. Approximately 4000 birds are ringed every autumn. Requirements: • experience in bird ringing and/or counts of migrating seabirds • willingness to work very early mornings, and sometimes long days on the field, sometimes in harsh weather conditions • eager to work as part of a team • be fully vaccinated The compensation is 600 NOK per week and the observatory will provide accommodation.
